Why a full mock test

What a full OET mock test shows you

A score for each skill

You get one score for Listening and one for Reading, before the real test.

Whether your focus lasts

Find out if your focus lasts from the first recording to the last Reading text.

Where you lose marks

Your results show which part costs you the most marks, so you know what to practise.

How it works

A full mock test, step by step

  1. Listening first

Listen to consultations in Part A, short talks at work in Part B and longer talks in Part C.

  2. Then Reading

Read short texts on one topic in Part A, short texts from work in Part B and long articles in Part C.

  3. Your results

See both scores the moment you finish, with every answer explained and why it is right.

  4. Retake and compare

Practise the part that cost you the most marks, then retake a full mock test and compare your scores.

An OET mock test is a practice test that follows the real test's parts, order and timing. It shows you what test day feels like before it comes. A Medlinga full mock test covers OET Listening and Reading.

Yes. Medlinga's full mock tests run on a screen that works like the OET computer-based test, and the clock runs as it does on test day.

Each Medlinga mock test is original and follows OET's published format, part by part. Medicines, doses and care steps are checked against published medical guidance. Independent readers sit every test before it goes live.

Medlinga's full mock tests come with answers, and every answer is explained. In Reading, you also see where to find each answer in the text.

There is no fixed number. Take one to find the part that costs you the most marks, practise that part, then retake a full mock test and compare your scores.

OET costs a lot to take, and every retake costs again. A Medlinga mock test shows where you lose marks: running out of time, spelling, or options that sound right. Fix those before you pay for test day.

Yes. OET Listening and Reading are the same for every healthcare profession, so these mock tests are for nurses, doctors and everyone else who takes OET.
